In 1977, Bob retired from IBM following 24 years in sales, marketing, advocacy and business strategy management for the corporation. He then created and managed a business providing strategic counsel to participants and investors in the information-technology industry. Bob studied marketing at the University of California, Haas School of Business. Co-founder and current president of Bowles Hall Alumni Association at the University of California, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps before being discharged as captain.
Fred is currently chairman of the board and audit committee of Prudential Finance Company of Vietnam and a member of the board, audit and compensation committee of Global Cash Access (NYSE GCA). Since 2000, he has been a consultant to various financial institutions, primarily involving international consumer financial businesses. He was a group executive director of Standard Chartered Bank PLC, a vice chairman and director of MBNA America Bank, chairman of MasterCard International’s Asia Pacific region and member of the board of directors and executive committee of MasterCard International. Fred has served as a senior executive of Bank of America and on the boards of a variety of civic institutions. He is chairman Emeritus of Eastern Washington University. He was also honorably discharged from the 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army.
George is the founder, president and CEO of Financial Shares Corporation, a Chicago-based strategic business consulting organization whose client roster spans the globe. He is an expert in strategic business, marketing and financial communications issues. George began his career in public relations for the Illinois Bankers Association after serving two years in the U.S. Army Intelligence Command’s information office. He studied journalism at the University of Illinois and has an MBA from George Washington University. George is active in several organizations, including serving as past president of the University of Illinois Alumni Association, past chairman of the State of Illinois Institute of Entrepreneurship Education, past chairman and current board member of the Illinois Council on Economic Education, an emeritus advisory board member at Hinsdale Hospital, and past chairman of the Dean’s Advisory Council of the University of Illinois College of Business. He has served on the faculty at the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University. George is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, the Harvard Business School Club of Chicago and the Senior Roundtable of the National Investor Relations Institute.
Jerry is a proven senior executive with a background in generating top- and bottom-line growth in department stores, specialty stores and wholesale apparel businesses. He has served as CEO of Loehmann’s, president of Value City Furniture, and executive vice president of Filene’s Basement, and he has participated as a consultant and advisor to numerous companies. Currently, Jerry is president of National Retail Consultants, where he serves as a results-oriented leader to deliver strategic skills to the retail community. Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. He has affiliations with the Norton McNaughton Board of Directors and is a member of the AAMA. Past member of the United States Navy Advisory Board and the Immersion Corporation Advisory Board, he currently serves on the board at BF Technologies.
Don is a bestselling author, award-winning keynote speaker, and founder of the Schmincke Research Alliance. Featured by CNN, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, MSNBC.com and more than 60 industry publications annually, he uses anthropology and evolutionary genetics to dispel the "program-of-the-month" syndrome and drive accelerated sales, employee satisfaction, and cultural alignment. With his MIT and Johns Hopkins research background, he continually challenges the status quo of management theory, and admits, “our work is politically incorrect but scientifically accurate.” Don flies 200,000 miles annually, speaking at conferences, facilitating CEO workshops and working with clients from the Department of Defense, where he helped the U.S. Navy evolve its Fleet Readiness strategy to companies across every industry. Occasionally, Don can be found inflicting his unconventional techniques on innocent graduate students.
Bob brings an impressive background to Inte Q as he leads company marketing initiatives. He joined Inte Q from OfficeMax, where he served as senior vice president of marketing. Prior to joining OfficeMax, he was president and CEO of BBDO Advertising in Minneapolis and senior vice president of marketing and advertising at Sears and Target. Currently, Bob is executive director of Adopt-A-Classroom, a non-profit organization focused on raising funds to provide the necessary supplies to classrooms nationwide. In this role, he handles donation allocations to the 85,000 registered teachers benefiting from the organization. Bob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Nebraska.
